Cancellation Policy

1. Student-Initiated Cancellation

Students may cancel their enrollment at any time before the batch start date. The applicable refund depends on the timing of the cancellation as described in our Refund Policy.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to academy@backtrix.com.
  • Cancellations received 7+ days before batch start: full refund.
  • Cancellations received 3–6 days before batch start: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received less than 3 days before batch start or after the batch has begun: no refund.

2. Rescheduling Rules

Students may request to reschedule their enrollment to a future batch instead of cancelling:

  • Rescheduling is permitted once per enrollment at no additional cost.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made before the batch start date.
  • The rescheduled batch must begin within 90 days of the original batch start date.
  • If the rescheduled batch has a higher fee, the student must pay the difference. No refund is given if the new batch fee is lower.
  • A second rescheduling request will be treated as a new enrollment.

3. Backtrix-Initiated Cancellation or Rescheduling

Backtrix Technologies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a batch due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient enrollment to maintain a quality learning experience.
  • Instructor unavailability due to emergency or health reasons.
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Force majeure events.

In the event of a Backtrix-initiated cancellation:

  • Students will be offered a full refund or free rescheduling to the next available batch.
  • Students will be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled batch start date, when possible.
  • Backtrix Technologies is not liable for any incidental costs incurred by the student due to cancellation.

4. Student Removal

Backtrix Technologies reserves the right to remove a student from an active program without refund if the student:

  • Violates the Student Conduct expectations outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
  • Engages in unauthorized sharing of course materials or credentials.
  • Disrupts the learning environment for other students.
  • Attempts unauthorized access to any systems.
