Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Backtrix Technologies offers refunds on training program enrollments subject to the following conditions:

Full Refund

Available if the cancellation request is made 7 or more days before the scheduled batch start date.

50% Refund

Available if the cancellation request is made 3 to 6 days before the scheduled batch start date.

No Refund

No refund will be issued once the training has commenced or if the request is made less than 3 days before the batch start date.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to academy@backtrix.com with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Course Name]”.
  2. Include your registered email address, phone number, and the reason for cancellation.
  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  4. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during enrollment. The refund will be processed through Zoho Payments. Please note that the actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the student has attended any live session after the batch has started.
  • If the student has accessed or downloaded course materials after the batch start date.
  • If the student was removed from the program due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Student Conduct policy.
  • If the cancellation request is made less than 3 days before the batch start date.

5. Batch Rescheduling

As an alternative to a refund, students may request to be rescheduled to the next available batch of the same program at no additional cost. This option is available once per enrollment. Rescheduling requests must be made before the batch start date.
